Benefits of Guava Juice :

INGREDIENTS
- 2-5 Guavas
- 2-3 Ice cubes
- Chilled Water
- 1 tsp of sugar
- Black salt to taste
- Mint leaves
METHOD
- Rinse the guava well and cut them into pieces.
- Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth (NOTE – Don’t blend it completely or else you will get a sandy taste)
- If you want your juice to be smooth add more water.
- Add black salt according to your taste
- Remove your juice in bowl and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours
- Pour the juice into the glass and garnish it with mint leaves.
